When we were little girls, we were so taken by Disney princesses’ beauty that they were our first style icons before we knew who models and celebrities were. As adults, our favorite style icons rock the most gorgeous outfits, sometimes look like they’re not even real, just like those princesses. And so illustrator and photographer Gregory Masouras blended those two worlds and seamlessly photoshopped Disney stars in place of celebs on the cover of magazines, on the red carpet, and in their daily lives. The result isn’t cheesy but surreal, and perfectly chosen.
We all remember how well Bella Hadid’s bod slayed in this risque red number. In this reimagining, Snow White gets to don the sexy gown. We wonder if all the dwarves fainted at the sight of this bombshell!
Elsa gets to rock a sheer and scribbled-on black Roberto Cavalli dress originally worn by Kendall Jenner. We think the “Frozen” star rocks it just as well and perhaps even better with her thick and icy braid, prompting the question, do blondes have more fun?
Belle went a bit more demure than the va-va-voom ensembles on this list so far, which makes sense since it was originally worn by angel-on-earth Alessandra Ambrosio. Loving this twist on the original belle-of-the-ball (sorry, had to squeeze one pun in). The unusual choker/strappy neckline on an otherwise sleeveless silhouette and this strangely beautiful leggy bottom silhouette.
