The number of people choosing to live a healthy life style has grown hugely in the past 5-10 years. Vegetarianism, organic food, fitness, meditation are very popular today. Yoga has become a part of this healthy life style movement and the number of yoga-lovers is still increasing. It’s not something exotic and extraordinary anymore, yoga can be considered an another form of fitness. It’s definitely on an up-trend today!
No wonder Laura Kasperzak’s Instagram account (@laurasykora) gathered over a million subscribers this year. She says: “It’s still shocking to me how many followers I have!”
She is not a pop star, model or Hollywood actress. She is a 36-year-old mother of two beautiful kids from New Jersey. She also is a yoga instructor who has been doing yoga for seventeen years. But yoga isn’t just her hobby or job. Yoga is her inspiration and vision of life.
What is her secret? – Almost every day she posts the photos of herself sitting in mind-blowing yoga poses. And when you see these photos you want to leave all your troubles behind and sit in the lotus position too. Big warm smiles, incredible flexibility, colorful outfits and fascinating photo backgrounds – all these make her photos bright and unforgettable.
Involving her kids in yoga is also a key focus of her incredible success. She says she posts these photos to inspire moms from all over the world living a healthy and happy life. Because yoga is not only a useful way to deal with physical activity, but also an amazing way to create memories and spend time with one another.
The photos where Laura Kasperzak is doing yoga with her 4-year-old daughter – cute little Mini – became popular in her own right. Mini is not only extremely flexible but also very natural on camera. Laura says Mini is the ham of her two children, and adores to be photographed.
And when you see this little girl is doing such stunning yoga postures, you begin to think: “If a 4-year-old kid can do this stuff, surely I can do them too!” Right?
In her ‘real life’ Laura Kasperzak has a full-time job at a software company. In spite of practicing yoga for 17 years, she became a certificated yoga instructor just two years ago. Today she teaches yoga classes twice a week.
Laura is also a co-founder of Two Fit Moms. She and her best friend and fellow yoga admirer Masumi Goldman two years ago created a website and movement dedicated to providing guidance and tips on yoga, nutrition, wellness and healthy living.
We’re sure that you found Laura’s Instagram account impressive and we think you will agree that she’s a strong part of the Yoga culture today and one of it’s most powerful ambassadors for fitness and well-being.
