Donald Trump is the president of the US now. Feels weird and wrong to say that, but it’s the truth. What a grim reality to be faced with. There’s nothing we can do about him being the President now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t voice our thoughts on the matter. And that’s exactly what women across the globe did on the day of his inauguration. The Women’s March happened on the 21st of January and originally was meant to be a Washington centered protest with hopes of it spreading across the whole of USA, but it surpassed everyone’s expectations by spreading worldwide. People across the world came out in support of Women’s March, expressing their views and feelings about Trumps presidency, and more importantly, showing their belief in women’s and LGBTQ+ rights. And let’s just say, a lot of people found very creative ways of putting their thoughts on paper. Take a look at some of the best signs the protesters held up at the Women’s March.
