She’s been part of the Roxette duo for over 30 years, creating huge hits like ‘It Must Have Been Love’, ‘Listen to Your Heart’, ‘Dangerous’, and ‘The Look’ with her partner Per Gessle.

Despite all the hardships, Marie Fredriksson continued hitting the stage with bold performances up until 2016, when she had to cancel the Roxette’s 30th anniversary tour due to health issues. She had no regrets and left the limelight gracefully, stating that it’s been an amazing 30 years. She then added: ‘I feel nothing but joy and happiness when I look back on the Roxette world tours. All our shows and memories over the years will forever be a big part of my life.’
