8. Spicy watermelon slices baked with feta
a half of a watermelon
feta cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
fresh mint leaves
It’s hard to believe but the hotness of cayenne pepper, the freshness of mint, the saltiness of feta cheese and the sweetness of watermelon (warmed and enhanced in the hot oven) create a perfect taste! So, cut a watermelon into triangle slices, chop mint leaves and feta cheese. Then arrange feta and mint into the watermelon’s slices, sprinkle them with the olive oil and cayenne pepper and pop in the oven preheated to 420°F for about 15 minutes.
