What we suggest is replacing some of your heavier meals with light but filling and nutritious salads. But not any salads, we’re talking about salads favoured by famous celebs. Salads that gorgeous celebrities swear by, salads that they like the most, and, we hope, salads that can help you get closer to your body goals with minimal effort.

 

 

1. Jennifer Aniston’s Chickpea Salad
It’s been decades since FRIENDS were on air, but Jennifer still looks as good as she did in the 90s. What’s her secret? Well according to Jennifer it’s a healthy lifestyle, lots of sleep, some exercise and a healthy diet. She loves healthy salads, but that doesn’t mean she lives on salad leaves alone.
