  • 2 cups of spinach leaves
  • 12-15 green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped avocado
  • 4 cups of the creamy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of a ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice

You can replace yogurt with a soy milk, add more grapes, add some honey. You’ll get the perfect portion of these important daily vitamins in 10 minutes. Mmmm yummy!
