4. Immunity Boosting Сranberry Smoothie
We all know that cranberries have so many benefits for our health that it’s hard to list them all. The cranberry’s structure involves the special proanthocyanidins so it works as a barrier for any kind of bacteria. That’s why I have used it as the main ingredient to create this immunity-boosting smoothie.

  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries (you can also take the frozen berries but the fresh ones are preferred)
  • 1 cup of the whole milk
  • 3 cups of the vanilla yogurt
  • 1tsp of the cinnamon
  • 2 tsp of the fresh orange juice

Decorate it with a small amount of orange zest, a pinch of cinnamon or a few chia seeds. Now, be healthy!
