6. Pumpkin Cake Smoothie
Seems like pumpkin was created by nature to warm us up. Admit even at the thought of it you feel that pleasant warmth. Its juicy, deep-orange colored flesh is rich for the alpha-carotene and vitamins A, C, E. Its health benefits include an anti-aging effect, it stimulates production of collagen and skin renewal processes. Still have any doubts about trying this smoothie recipe?   • 1 cup of pumpkin flesh (puree)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of non-diary milk
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (or just take a little bit of cinnamon)
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter(RT)

Decorate it with a few pumpkin seeds and then you can drink it both hot and cold. To cool it down just put in a few coconut-water ice cubes.
