- 1 cup of pumpkin flesh (puree)
- 1 banana
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of non-diary milk
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (or just take a little bit of cinnamon)
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter(RT)
Decorate it with a few pumpkin seeds and then you can drink it both hot and cold. To cool it down just put in a few coconut-water ice cubes.
