7. Pear-Almond Hot Smoothie

  • 2 chopped pears
  • 1\2 cup of water
  • 1.5 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter (RT)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
