If you don’t keep up with the Kardashians you might’ve not known that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are back together. They split up in October of 2019 and it was confirmed by Kylie’s tweet in which she said “Travis and I are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi. Our friendship and our daughter is a priority”. Since then they’ve definitely hung out together but simply as friends and co-parents. They even celebrated Stormi’s birthday together, like good parents.
The reason for the split was that they’re just too busy with work to be able to keep up the effort it takes to keep the relationship good and healthy and going strong. Which sounds like an honest and good reason to put things on hold and only focus on co-parenting.
So what has changed since then? It’s not like their work-life calmed down or they got less busy. But perhaps they just understood that they still have feelings for each other and are willing to give it another try?
Entertainment Tonight posted a quote from an anonymous source close to the family that said “The couple has always had love and respect for one another but took a break last year because they both had so much going on. They couldn’t fully focus on what it took to make the relationship work. Although things haven’t slowed down much for the duo, they’re better able to handle it. At the end of the day, the couple is happy to have their family back together.”
It’s also been said that they’ve actually gotten back together a month ago and have been in a relationship this whole time without letting the public in on their little secret.
TMZ has posted that the couple is definitely exclusive but they don’t want to put a label on whatever their relationship is just yet. Fair enough, it seems like quite a grown-up approach to figure things out first and not rush with what the public has to say or what the media might label their relationship.
There are other sources out there that are denying the news and saying that the media is just seeing what they want to see and it’s all gossip, they’re still just friends and co-parents and we’re all reading too much into it.
However, neither Jenner or Scott has confirmed or denied it and their representatives aren’t rushing to answer anyone’s questions.
So what was it that sparked these rumors or news? Kylie posted some old pictures of herself and Travis from their first public outing looking very much in love and captioned it with “it’s a mood” on her Instagram stories. Is she hinting that they’re back on? Or is she just reminiscing? Well, our best guess is as good as yours only time will tell. We do kind of hope they get back together, we want more cute pictures of them with Stormi as a family.
