Celebrity kids, like all kids, grow up so fast, but it feels even faster because we see them rarely and suddenly they’ve transformed from a baby into a fully formed adult. There are so many celebrity kids that we used to see on TV or see pictures of them walking hand in hand with their parents and now they’re all grown up. Let’s take a look at some of these kids and how much they’ve grown.
1. Jaden and Willow Smith
It seems like just a few years ago Jaden was such a tiny kid, playing his part alongside Will in The Pursuit of Happyness. And Willow, we all remember her doing that awesome video for “Whip My Hair”. Can you believe that video came out a decade ago? Now they’re all grown up, Jaden is 21 and Willow is 19, they have their own projects and successful careers.
2. Ariel Winter
Ariel Winter was such a cute little know it all on the hit show Modern Family. Do you remember her little nerdy glasses and her colorful outfits? She was barely a teen then, and now she’s 22 and a proper lady. By the way, just to shock you even further, Modern Family came out in 2009, yup, it was on air for more than a decade. It’s hard to believe it’s over.
3. Paris Jackson
There’s a lot of controversies when it comes to Michael Jackson and his kids, but we all remember how sad it was to see Paris Jackson at her father’s funeral, looking so upset and confused. Well, she’s 22 now and she’s doing modelling and acting and looking absolutely breathtaking.
4. Dakota Fanning
It’s hard to believe that Dakota Fanning, the cute little blonde girl from Uptown Girls and Charlotte’s Web is now 26. She’s like a full-blown woman now, she’s beautiful, super talented and keeps getting great roles in some truly amazing movies.
5. Apple Martin
It seems like just recently we were all talking about this girl and being outraged that Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin (from Coldplay) actually named their kid Apple. But she’s a teenager now and she’s the one who’s making all the rules, telling her mother off for posting photos of her without her consent.
6. Frances Bean Cobain
Is it just me or is it still a bit weird to think about the fact that Kurt Cobain actually had a daughter and her middle name is Bean and she’s 27 years old? It’s kind of grim but she’s literally the age that her dad was when he took his own life. That must be very weird for her.
7. Lourdes Leon
Madonna’s little girl is no longer a kid. She’s 23 years old, she’s studying in college, she speaks a few languages and she does modelling in her free time. She’s even been in the Stella McCartney campaign and modelled for a campaign for Converse too.
8. Lily-Rose Depp
Johnny Depp’s daughter Lily-Rose is a spitting image of her mother, Vanessa Paradis. She’s got the same kind of unmistakable charm about her. And she’s 20 years old now and it looks like she dated everyone’s current crush – Timothee Chalamet. Can you just imagine the two of them, speaking french, it’s just too perfect? Too bad they broke up.
9. Brooklyn Beckham
Look how cute Brookly Beckham looks in the first photo. Such a cute kid, we bet David was overjoyed to have a son and was planning how he’s going to teach him to play football. But it looks like, at 21, Brookly has chosen to not follow in his father’s footsteps when it comes to football. Brooklyn is much more into modelling and photography.
10. Bindi and Robert Irwin
It’s incredible how every day Rober Irwin looks more and more like his famous crocodile hunting father. He’s 16 and looks like a carbon copy of him, he even sounds the same and has the same enthusiasm for animals. And Bindi, it seems like only a few years ago we were amazed and shocked that their father lets them interact with such dangerous animals but she’s 21 now!
11. Hailie Jade Scott
Be honest, how old does it make you feel to realise that Eminem’s daughter is 24? It’s that wild? For most of us, she’s still stuck at that cute kid who sang along on the record with her dad, but she’s like all grown up now.
12. Cole Sprouse
Remember the kid from Friends? Yeah, he’s 27 now and looks nothing like he did on that show. In fact, these days you’re more likely to recognise him as jughead Jones from Riverdale. But he’s had so many roles on TV and in movies, he’s also worked in a comic book store, he studied in New York University and majored in archaeology, and then even worked in the field, he actually unearthed the mask of Dionysus on a dig in Bulgaria.
