Before leaving the US, First Lady Trump was adorned in an elegant Gucci shirt dress, complete with various London landmark designs, as she walked across the White House lawn towards Air Force One.
After stepping off of Air Force One at Stansted Airport, the First lady was wearing a Burberry printed blouse, which is a legendary British fashion label. The blouse featured military medal graphics and was paired with a navy skirt suit set by Michael Kors, popular American fashion label – symbolic of successful intertwining both American and British culture.
Melania quickly switched gears for her meet and greet with the Queen, with a white and navy, form fitting dress by Dolce and Gabbana, paired with a wide brimmed Herve Pierre hat. Her ensemble seemed reminiscent of 80’s fashion, with some are even comparing her outfit to Audrey Hepburn’s Eliza Doolittle of My Fair Lady.

For the Queen’s white-tie state banquet at Buckingham Palace and first night of the state visit, Melanie sported a white Dior gown and elegant white gloves.
For the white-tie state banquet, Ivanka Trump chose a soft blue gown by Carolina Herrera, a Venezuelan-American designer. She was accompanied by Britain’s International Trade Secretary Liam Fox.
