Adam Levine, an American musician and singer best known as the vocalist of Maroon5, is in hot water with cheating allegations. He’s been married to model Behati Prinsloo since 2014, they have two kids together, and Behati is pregnant with their third child. His life sounds like the epitome of marital bliss, yet it seems like he’s been having an affair on the side.
Allegations come from Sumner Stroh, an Instagram model. She posted a Tiktok in which she shared that she was having an affair with a man who’s married to a Victoria’s Secret model. She says that at the time she was young and naive and in the end she feels like she was being exploited. The affair lasted about a year, and afterward, Sumber stopped talking to Adam. And apparently, he recently messaged her again, while his wife is pregnant with his third child.
Sumner says she wanted to first deal with this privately and not come out with any public accusations, because she understands the implications, especially for someone like her. But in the end, one of her friends tried to sell the screenshots to a tabloid so she decided it was best to come forward.
This alone is pretty scandalous, but it didn’t end there. After that TikTok went viral more women started coming out with their stories about how Adam Levine was flirting with them and behaving inappropriately.
Alyson Rosef also posted a Tiktok that she has since deleted, saying that Adam has been sending her flirty messages, she even shared a few screenshots. One of them was a message from Adam saying “I shouldn’t be talking to you you know right 😤?”. She said she decided to share the story in solidarity with the other girls, but also because she thinks no one deserves to be treated like that and she feels bad for his wife.
Another woman on Instagram, Maryka, came forward saying that he messaged her on Instagram and they got talking. She shared screenshots where Adam told her to distract herself by f*cking with him. She also says that when she asked about his wife he said it was complicated and made it look like there were issues in his marriage that would lead to divorce.
Ashley Russell, a 21-year-old girl who runs a fitness account on Instagram, also came forward saying that she noticed Adam Levine watching her Instastories, liking her posts, and even messaging her late in the evening. Apparently, Adam is very into booty pics, since those are the stories he would like and occasionally he would reply something about butt and leg days at the gym.
Adam has denied having an affair but has admitted that he crossed a line and made a mistake. In his Instastory, he issued this statement.
“A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.
My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.”
