New Jersey mother Lindsay Hay is a legit superhero — after giving birth to quadruplets in a miraculous instance, she went on Instagram and opened up about what it was like to be pregnant with four babies at once. Along with posting jaw-dropping photos on Instagram, Lindsay went more in-depth on how having four tots at the same time changed her entire life for the better.
Hay was already a mom to her three-year-old boy Carson, and she and her hubby Syman thought it was time for Carson to have a sibling. Unfortunately, the journey wasn’t so easy. While attending to become second-time parents, Lindsay experienced infertility and a whopping five miscarriages. Her doctor said this was due to poor egg quality and hence caused the recurring pregnancy losses.
As devastating as this must have been for Lindsay Hay and her hubby, the couple stayed optimistic, and it would soon pay off. Finally, the pregnancy test was positive, and she would give birth to not one but four babies! This was due to follistim. As blessed as they felt, the news was shocking and overwhelming, especially considering the fact that doctors warned Lindsay that her body wouldn’t be strong enough to carry four babies.
Despite recommending selective pregnancy reduction, the couple went ahead with their quadruplets. Lindsay’s full-term pregnancy photos are nothing short of extraordinary, and it’s
obvious that she’s one strong mama! As she documented the pregnancy and shared it on Facebook and Instagram, people started to take notice.
Of course, the normal things accompanying pregnancy were intensified, like health checkups and morning sickness. The entire process was understandably a rollercoaster of fear, excitement and hope.
Finally, Lindsay and Syman welcomed their four new babies on July 23, 2019 via a C-section delivery. They had three boys and one girl named Grayson James, Caiden Michael, Lucas William and Madison Grace. Posting before-and-after images of them on social media, she posted the caption,
“I carried these sweet babies for 30 weeks and 4 days on the inside and here they are at 30 weeks and 4 days on the outside! Full hands, fυll heart is an understatement! They have surpassed every hope and dream I had envisionedduring my pregnancy aпd even though time is passing quickly I know the best is yet to be.
Behiпd these babies are new marks, rolls, and skip you can’t see but they also came with new strengths I didn’t have before either. We have been so BLESSED aпd I won’t ever let myself take this life for granted.”
Even after having the babies, Lindsay is still shocked by the fact that her body actually gave birth to them. Today, the Hays household is filled with a little more chaos, laughter, and love. As these four get older, we can’t wait to see what’s in store for this adorable family.
