11. A League of Their Own

Who wasn’t obsessed with the amazing Geena Davis in this film? Way ahead of its time, this 1992 flick was about women taking over a male dominated sport during World War II. The characters were the most memorable part of this movie.

12. Miss Congeniality

All girls who roll their eyes at beauty pageants need to see this timeless Sandra Bullock flick.  It showed that there was more to girls than just being pretty. Although bushy-haired and nerdy, many of the women in the pageant looked up to Bullock’s character.
