We often talk about celebrity romance as if it’s always fleeting. They fall in love today – break up tomorrow, some get married real quick only to file for divorce in a couple of months. And sure, it happens, and these unfortunate short-lived relationships seem to be more common amongst celebs, but really it’s just because they’re in the public eye all the time so every relationship of theirs is way more public than that of an average Joe. But it’s not true that celebrity couples don’t last. There are many examples of happily married famous couples who have stayed together for age and seem to be just as happy decades after they met.
