Some people might freak out when they see their first gray hair, but honestly, we’re obsessed with the silver fox look, on both younger and older people. It seems that many celebrities agree with that sentiment. Gray comes in so many shades, and looks completely chic and modern when styled in the right way. Here are our fave celebs rocking the gray in both their youth and their seniors years.
1. Jane Fonda
This woman has aged the best out of anyone in Hollywood, and stayed classy while doing so. Her hair was transformed gray by colorist Jack Martin who has completed almost half a thousand gray transformations in Hollywood. Embracing your age has never looked so good.
2. Jamie Lee Curtis
The queen of horror has a gorgeous icy white hue that we’re obsessed with. Her all-white-everything look at the 2019 Golden Globes made us do a serious double take. Decades after her debut, and she still looks so good.
3. Helen Mirren
Before 2015, Helen Mirren is rocking beautifully bright, grayish white hair, pairing a pixie cut with side-swept bangs. Previously, she dyed her hair a blond color, but Mirren is really glowing with this look.
4. Zosia Mamet
In 2014, the Girls star went gray and said that her hair stylist called it “antique gray.” The cut was short and accessible for the every-girl to try, and effortlessly cool.

Diane Keaton’s gray hair is magical. It’s wispy, free and has perfect bedhead body every time. Ever since the 2014 golden Globes, we’ve seen Diane glow in gray. As she once told People, “My hair is now white. It’s better to have light around your face — I think it looks better on older people.”

Kelly’s mom is another person who is guilty of dying their hair a brash red color to cover up their grays. But when she finally debuted her shorter, platinum gray look on The Talk.
